Meditate on Sunday
Sunday has always been my favorite day of the week. It always reminds me of those happy childhood memories every Sunday. Wake up to a lot of cartoons, Sunday school, going to church with mom, watching my mother cleaning our bedroom, playing outside when it's sunny, or watching more cartoons inside the house. At Sunday night, I never had to worry about going to school on Monday, because I loved school so much, because to me everyday was a play day back at Elementary School. I absolutely had an amazing childhood memories.
Right now, Sunday is still my favorite day of the week, that I wish time would slow down a bit, so that I could take more nap before Monday. Please Monday, don't be mad at me... I don't hate Monday, I just love Sunday so much, that it sucks to end this day. It is already 8 p.m on Sunday, and 4 hours from now, I will be welcoming Monday again... and all its business.
Well, I know as a believer, everyday should be the same, because God made everyday to praise Him and to work for Him. Sometimes business and having so many things to do make me tired and bored. I am struggling with having a boredom to fulfill right now... and I start to neglect responsibility, homework, and a lot of stuffs... So this is the time I stop from doing any activity and take time to meditate. So what I am going to do next is reading a Scripture - it always helps me a lot to get myself back on track when I get a little lost. I am still struggling on being committed to read Scriptures everyday routinely... well I guess we all are struggling.
Though I am not an everyday-Scripture-reader, but I really suggest all Christians and believers to read Scripture everyday on regular basis, because it is so important to get to know about Christ, and be sensitive about what He wants for us to do. Don't wait until boredom or problems or tiredness take away your spirit to live and keep you away from doing what God wants you to do.
So, to everyone following this, Happy Sunday. Stay blessed. :)
